Rocatta designs and sells climbing holds and related climbing products.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rocatta.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily imply immediate acceptance.

Rocatta products are designed for use on artificial climbing walls in commercial gyms, training facilities and private climbing environments.

Climbing holds must be installed using appropriate hardware and suitable wall structures.

Installation, inspection and maintenance remain the responsibility of the owner and operator of the climbing facility.

Rocatta shall not be liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Rocatta Refund Policy.

Customers should review the applicable Refund Policy before placing an order.
