Shipping policy

At Rocatta, we manufacture all our technical products made-to-order to guarantee the highest quality, durability, and texture of our polyurethane materials.

1. Shipping Zones and Phases

Phase 1 (Current): We ship exclusively to Mainland Spain (Espanya Peninsular). We do not accept orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international destinations during this initial phase.
Phase 2 (Upcoming): We plan to expand our shipping services to the rest of Europe in the near future.

2. Production and Delivery Times (Made-to-Order)

Because our climbing holds are manufactured specifically upon request following meticulous craft and technical standards, production times are longer than standard retail. The estimated delivery time is between 4 and 8 weeks from the date payment is confirmed. This timeframe covers workshop manufacturing, material curing, quality inspection, and logistics.

Estimated delivery times are indications only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. In the event of any unforeseen production delays, we will contact you directly via email.

3. Shipping Rates

For deliveries within Mainland Spain, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the following flat-rate structure:

Standard Flat Rate: €9.50 for all orders under €200.00.
Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping for all orders of €200.00 or more.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. Rocatta is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional fees caused by carrier issues, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
